There are a few things I like about the program - even though I am a good mother to my son, it gave me ways to help me communicate better with my son about the break up and it also gave me good tips to move forward with my co-parent hoping at some point we can actually communicate better and be better co-parents for our son.

A few things I liked about this program were: the testimonials from children who have gone through a divorce, the breaking down of the best forms of communication and relationships for co-parents, that it teaches the most effective ways in creating a parenting plan and the emphasis on taking care of yourself to best take care of your children.

I really liked how informational this program was and how it wasn’t just a simple ‘yes/no’ type of tests but actually enforced you to be involved and helped encourage using these learned skills. I thought that was really awesome.

I am able to put into words now my feelings by doing the journal entries. These feelings have been pent up inside me for so long and I don't really feel like I have had an outlet. I also think I have learned how to better communicate with my children.

It was very in depth and offered a lot of different avenues all resulting in the same outcome. I appreciated the videos and the repetitive questions so it can stick in your head.
