“Each day we make deposits in the memory banks of our children.“ Charles R. Swindoll
Our Online Family Advocacy Program is designed to aid families in better understanding their roles and responsibilities as they improve communication and collaboration to ultimately benefit child and their families. Issues address the criminal justice system, dynamics of child abuse, crisis development and resolution, effective listening techniques, the impact of trauma on a child, the rights of crime victims, cultural considerations and intervention.
If your children have been removed from your home by Child Protective Services, the Department of Child and Family Services or any other governmental agency, you will most likely be required to take one or several modules within the Family Advocacy Program. This program works in parallel with your caseworker or corresponding government agency and provides the skills needed to protect your child and care for your child successfully.
Online parent education classes are widely recognized by county courts and government agencies; however, if you are court ordered to take a co-parenting class, it is always best to check with your county court of record to verify their acceptance of an online parenting class. Each state, county, and individual judge may dictate different requirements.
Contact Us if you would like a comprehensive class outline.
