I really liked that the module validates simple, real-world physical strategies - like stepping away from a triggering situation and taking a walk - as highly effective tools for emotional control. It focus on action rather than just theory. The module made a clear and useful distinction between anger management (handling immediate spikes) and stress management (lowering your overall daily baseline).

Some things that I really liked about this module, were the speeches that were brought from what seemed to be people that have been through similar situations, and have fought similar battles of what they’re speaking of - some of what I heard, I can relate to personally.

I liked the integration of positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring. The core idea that emotions are like shifting weather - temporary, uncontrollable, and better acknowledged than resisted - really stood out to me. It emphasizes observing emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, with the understanding that they will naturally change over time.

What I liked about this course were some of the exercises for dealing with stress. I know that sounds redundant, but the re-framing thing might actually help me, if I use it appropriately.
