I really enjoyed learning about the emotional progress/stages that people go through during a separation. I liked how the program had kids perspectives on separation and life after, explaining how they feel. I also learned about the different types of abuse that I didn't think were "abuse" and that I was going through some of the abuse stated.

I’m really glad I took this course. It taught me a lot. I was not raised in a healthy home environment to learn things like this. I’ve had to learn a lot throughout my life on how to be the woman I am today. I appreciate learning things like this to add to my parenting.
