There was a TON of relevant and useful information. I am going through a contentious divorce and I endured years of abuse and this course had many things that were pertinent to dealing with that. I liked the level of information given, it was higher level yet easy to understand.

Although some of the things that I had learned didn't apply too much to me and my situation, I liked all the videos shown. It is very helpful and you get to learn on how to treat your co-parent in front of children. I also appreciated the fact that it was a section of supervision. That will help me when going through that step. Also what to say to your children, assure them that everything that's going on with the parents has nothing to do with them.

I really benefited from the journal sections and the videos. I was most interested in how to talk to my children about the divorce and how to help them in the transition. These areas were very helpful. I now feel like I have a better understanding of how to work with my two children.
