I liked that the program was structured, clear, and focused on personal responsibility rather than blame. The lessons on emotional regulation, empathy, accountability and forgiveness were especially helpful and the practical tools gave me ways to handle conflict more calmly and constructively.

I liked how I was able to do it at home, but it was comfortable curriculum to help me understand that there is more than just physical and verbal and emotional abuse but there’s so many more abuses. There’s so much more ways to get help.
