Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools and real-life examples that helped me better understand what my children may be feeling during this transition. I like how they focused on the need for healing and the struggles each co-parent will face, in the wake of the break-up. It's very important that those things be emphasized so each parent can heal and be their best self for their children. I also appreciated how they made the parenting plan very tangible and easy to understand. It was very practical - and practical is very important at this stage.
