This program was very eye opening and it was a lot of knowledge to take in. I was able to connect with the videos that were given because it relates to my situation. I can feel hope and I believe that mediation will help with our parent plan being agreed upon.

I like that it puts the children first. I also like that there are resources given to the parents to help with creating a parenting plan. It's also informational regarding the process of divorce, as I didn't know I didn't need to go to court and that the divorce could be finalized with mediation.

I liked that i could take a break or come back the next day and take my time going through the program. I also liked having the voice read the text while i read along. The videos were good compared to a lot of "training videos" i've seen in the past, i'm still not sure if they were actors or people going through the situation they talked about. However, although it's necessary it was pretty sad listening to the children talk about how parents breaking up negatively affected them, but it was nice to have the option to focus more on younger children and not have to partake in every video of older kids explaining how depressing of a situation they have been put in.

It presented a wealth of information for people in all stages of divorce and separation. There are so many things to consider, but included how to keep your self healthy so the kids can thrive. Emphasized repeatedly the needs of the kids to be accounted for first.

I liked the mix of formats offered. It was offered to read, to be listened to, videos of re-enactments, videos of experts explaining topics. It helped keep my attention and it caters to different types of learning styles.

I was very hesitant about the class, but definetely recomend. I've cried understanding so many things, putting yourself first as well as how to manage kids and plan for parenting.

I really liked that this program focuses on multiple areas of separation and divorce instead of how to take care of your children. I felt this class was very useful in understanding a lot of different subjects.

The journal entries for reflection were really helpful in thinking about how the information presented applies to our individual situation and how I can use this new information for the benefit of the kids. The video scenarios with questions were also helpful in identifying ways to improve co-parenting.

I really liked the details of this program! Especially the videos of those parents that are going through or have went through what me and my co-parent is going through right now. This program made me feel more confident now and I do believe that everything will be alright in the future.

I liked how it talked about effective ways to communicate with a co parent and how to begin creating a parenting plan. I liked how it talked about different stages of break ups. I appreciated how it mentioned and explained the 'wheel of violence' and mentioned how not all abuse is physical. I also liked how it touched on different age groups of children and expressed how not all parenting plans are appropriate for all children of different age groups. I appreciated how it explained different steps co parents can take in addition to or prior to court.

I liked that the class taught an individual to see different points of views and different situations. It helps an individual to know what to watch for and how to adjust to this new life.

I found the conflict resolution techniques very valuable. Learning how to navigate disagreements in a constructive way and not letting emotions take over was something I’ve already started applying in difficult conversations.

it helped me have better coping skills for when the other parent made an argument emotional over fact-based communication and know I can cut off the conversation and just prevent the argument and go back to the communication later. I learned way better communication styles.

Some things that I really liked about this program is how it had educational videos followed by interactive questions. I also liked how they had scenarios to better understand the topics being discussed. Another thing I really liked is how it had additional Resources if you felt like you needed to get more help on a certain topic.

Taught me to pay closer attention to everything going on with how my kids are reacting to the change. Be more reasonable with talking to my co parent and trying to understand exactly how they feel and let one person speak at a time and not speak over each other. Theres quite a bit I took in from this course.

The most excited thing I liked about this class was how specific the class was. From stuff to do with their kids while they are adjusting, all the way to understanding their feelings more, and what you can do to also cope with the changes that are happening around you and the kids. Over all this information was helpful and a great experience. Thank you for the help you provided for me as a father. God bless.

It was self-paced. I have a hard time sitting still for a long period of time, especially when I'm not being active (hands-on approach). This was good for me to be able to move around and still take brain breaks when needed, so I could focus on this class.

I really liked the flow of the program. Starting from taking care of yourself-taking care of your child-how to manage being a single parent- how to work with your co-parent and how to move forward. Also, learning about all the things to consider while making a parenting plan.

I like how informational the program is. It really provides you with multiple aspects of co-parenting. How to better handle multiple things that come up when co- parenting. It helps you create a guideline that will benefit your child. Let’s you see a clearer path. It also provides you with great resources. I really appreciated they focused on different scenerios and challenges that may arise after the break-up. The information on how to deal with an abusive or difficult ex-partner was very helpful.

I think this program should be watched when you are getting married and becoming a parent, because the ones who really get the worst of it when it comes to divorce are always the children. The program is very well done and talks about the different processes that those of us who face divorce, separation and raising children go through.

I liked that this program was not negative about the situation, it taught me as a parent that I do not need to feel bad for the decision that I made to leave. I was surprised to learn that not all children want their parents to get back together.
