Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me think about my child’s needs first and gave me tools to stay calm and communicate better with my co-parent. I also liked that it gave real-life examples and questions that made me reflect on my own actions. It helped me feel more confident about co-parenting and gave me hope that I can keep improving.

What I really liked about this program is that it helped me see things from different perspectives, especially understanding my co-parent’s side more. It gave me practical tools to improve communication and handle conflicts better, which is huge. I also appreciated how it focused on what’s best for our child and reminded me that being a good co-parent means working together even when things aren’t perfect. Overall, it was honest, helpful and made me feel more confident about moving forward.

Some things I really liked about this program are : It helped me understand my feelings and what my children might be going through. The tips for communicating better with my co-parent were very useful. Learning about keeping kids out of the middle made me think about how important that is. I really like that they played skits to show a visual of what to do and what not to do. I like that we didn’t just hear from females but from males as well. I like that we heard from the actual children inputting how they feel instead of just saying it through the adults point of view.

Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools and real-life examples that helped me better understand what my children may be feeling during this transition. The lessons helped me reflect on my own behavior and gave me strategies to improve communication with my co-parent while keeping the focus on the kids. I appreciated that the program didn’t just point out problems - it encouraged growth, offered realistic solutions and reminded me that co-parenting is a learning process. It also made me feel less alone, knowing that others are facing similar challenges and working to improve just like I am.
