Some things I really liked about this program were the focus on keeping children out of the middle and the reminder that children need to feel free to love both parents. I also appreciated the emphasis on communicating with a co-parent through information and problem-solving rather than emotion or blame. The program helped me think more carefully about how divorce affects children, even when they seem to be doing well.
