I really liked how they gave different scenarios in the videos so that I can see the different perspectives of the topics. For example, the communication styles between co-parents, the different stages of what each parent went through after the break-up, and an example of how the parents explained their break-up to the children.

Some things I really liked about this program were the focus on keeping communication calm and child-centered, and the emphasis on maintaining stability and consistency for children during this transition. I also found it helpful to reflect on my own responses and become more intentional in how I communicate and manage conflict.
