I really appreciated the clear, practical focus on viewing co-parenting through the child’s eyes rather than getting stuck in adult grievances. The emphasis on emotional self-regulation, treating communication like a neutral business partnership, and understanding the different timelines parents go through during a break-up gave me grounded, realistic tools I can actually apply. It was especially helpful to have the parenting plan worksheets break down big, overwhelming topics—like managing transitions, boundaries, and schedules—into concrete questions that encourage thoughtful planning over emotional reactions. The self-paced format also made it easy to reflect deeply on my daughter’s needs and take real ownership of building a calm, supportive future for her.
