Some things I really liked about this program are how it helped me understand my own feelings and the stages of a break-up. It gave me tools to focus on my child’s well-being and emotional health. I also appreciated learning about healthy communication and ways to reduce conflict with my co-parent. Overall, it reminded me that even in difficult situations, I can create a stable and loving environment for my child.
