I really liked this program because I learned a lot about how to handle this situation. Some of the information was reinforced from what I already knew and some of the information was new to me. I liked that I learned information that I can actually apply to our situation and hopefully things that I will continue to remember over the years. Over all, the practicality of the course was very helpful. I know I am walking away with really strategies that I can use to make this situation smoother for my kids, co-parent and I. I have already started to implement some of the things I've learned in this course and I can already see a difference.

The entire program focused on what is best for the kids and how to remove some emotions that are unnecessary out of the equation. I like hearing from children about what they have felt and experienced. I also enjoyed journaling because it really helped me to focus on my personal experiences.
