It showed videos of children and what they go through when parents divorce. It helps to put things into perspective. It enforces that you need to take care of yourself and your emotions. It tries to get co-parent to work together vs. getting lawyers and courts involved if possible.

Well, it helps a lot to understand shared custody, how to treat our children, and the topics that should be discussed, such as talking to them and keeping a schedule and ensuring they feel comfortable in both homes.

I liked how everything was explained like in the beginning I wasn't sure if I was the only one who felt the way I do but it makes me feel better knowing I am not alone. I liked how the program explains communication and broke it down to explain proper communication as well.
