I loved almost everything about this program and agreed with mostly everything, I think all new parents should take this during pregnancy as well as new dads. I think it should be required for us parents to take it if not annually at least once every 2 years. This is awesome and I really wish I took this class while I was pregnant. I believe I would've handled things much differently.

I liked that it had information on how to reply to e-mails, how to take decisions with your new partner, what to do in case you are angry and how to not involve the children, how to start a negotiation with your ex-spouse.

I wish I had this early in the marriage and maybe before marriage. Actually any time before now would have been great. The writing exercises were good. I enjoyed some of the videos too. I think it appealed to different learning types. I like that that I could do it for a 1/2hr or 1 hr or more at a time.

I loved the lessons in the program - from talking about the different hemispheres of the human brain, to the real life applicable skills that can be used in both a co-parenting setting and in any other relationship whether it be with friends or family; skills such as flexible thinking, managed emotions and checking yourself.
