New Ways 4 Families Class
High Conflict Institute

Life becomes easier when you learn to accept the apology you never got.Robert Brault

The goal of this class is to provide tools for parents who would benefit from learning how to gain control over emotions and communicate in ways that are healthy, safe and beneficial. Teach problem-solving skills to effectively resolve co-parenting disagreements while remaining calm and protecting their children from conflict.

Classes are beneficial in cases where an inappropriate response to stresses, pressures, and conflicts have contributed to causing a disruption in within a relationship.

The high-conflict co-parenting is a Level 2 co-parenting class designed for parents that are:

  • struggling with issues related to helping their children cope when families separate
  • feeling out of control due to a separation or divorce
  • seeking solutions to better communicate with their co-parent
