I liked how a lot of different angles of conflict were presented, it helped me realize that we aren't the only ones who need help with parenting issues. These classes helped me feel heard, as well as gave me tools to help with my big feelings, and I like that it showed me ways around the big feelings. I'm happy to have learned the term parallel parenting.

The program reinforced some of the questions that I had about moving forward. It gave insight into different techniques and approaches to use when dealing with anger and conflict with my co-parent. It help me realize that I was not wrong in some of the ways that I was feeling, but that I could have handled conflict better by not engaging and using outside professional resources. I enjoyed learning new approaches to address my fears and anxiety when it comes to co-parenting. Most of all, I enjoyed learning that assistance will be provided for us in the beginning and I am hopeful that we can continue to use those tools and get on a good co-parenting path.

I liked some of the insightful information and the way it flowed. I loved some of the Ted talks towards the end of the training. The sources are good and the parenting plan planner is good too. I think it was a nice training, I learned a good amount of usable info relevant to my situation and I am glad I took this.

The videos were excellent. They were a little long for what to expect realistically from busy parents, but overall they were so helpful and I enjoyed that I can find more from the speakers on YouTube. The variety of families dynamics covered was excellent as well.

I did like some of the questions it asked me. Even though I obviously know all the answers are real, typing them out to make sense for someone else to read was very affirming. It's like it validated my thoughts and made me stop feeling like my brain is just lying to me.

I liked how it identified the stages of grief look different for children than adults. I feel like the information regarding child development and how to keep this in mind when creating the parenting plan was helpful, as this isn't something I've considered before. Having the video from the NY/NJ lawyer was help to learn some hard truths about what can/cannot be included in a parenting plan and how to use concise language.
