I like that there were videos interspersed, to break up the large amount of information. I liked that the content seemed to be specifically for parents with children. I found the information about dealing with a high conflict co-partner helpful and validating of my situation. The recommendations for negotiating should also be helpful.

I appreciate how this program taught me a lot about the divorce and co-parenting process that I did not completely understand before. I like how the program focuses on the child's best interests. I learned about the feeling brain, and the thinking brain, and the importance of responding thoughtfully rather than emotionally.
