Some things I really liked about this program were: It helped me better understand how custody, communication and emotions all work together during separation or divorce. The focus on the child’s well-being made it easier to stay grounded in what really matters. I appreciated learning about different ways to resolve conflict, like negotiation and mediation, instead of just going to court. The information about the thinking and feeling brain helped me understand my reactions and how to manage stress better.
