The practical, age-appropriate strategies—ranging from specific praise and logical consequences to structured family meetings—felt immediately usable, and the focus on nurturing resilience through positive self-talk and reframing setbacks showed a commitment to fostering true confidence rather than mere compliance. Finally, the interactive true/false and multiple-choice checkpoints kept me engaged throughout, reinforcing the key concepts as I went.

I really liked how this programs gives parenting a different point of view, coming from the child and not only as a parent and the affects our parenting styles will have on our children later on when they’re older. I found everything very useful and will take a lot of it into consideration into changing my parenting into something that will help raise my son into a good man with good morals and respect. It taught me things I didn’t know as a first time parent and will be helpful for me later on as well.

Some things I really enjoyed reading about is the different parenting styles and how that parenting style can be the reason for the way your child responds back to you. I really enjoyed the reads on as they grow and the age range, what to expect as in they are identifying who they are as they grow and how as a parent to adapt to the changes and understand as we best as we can.
