8 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict

April 2, 2026

Brandon M.

Some things I really liked about this program are how practical and applicable the tools were to real-life co-parenting situations. The program provided clear strategies for managing conflict, improving communication, and focusing on what is best for the child. I also appreciated the focus on keeping things child-centered. It consistently reinforced the importance of stability, emotional support, and creating a positive environment for my child, which aligned with my priorities as a parent. Another thing I liked was learning about different approaches, such as parallel parenting. Understanding that co-parenting does not always require full cooperation was helpful and made the process feel more realistic and manageable. Overall, I found the program valuable because it gave me useful tools, helped me reflect on my approach, and provided guidance on how to handle challenging situations in a more constructive way.

The ladder of conflict and gut feelings framework gave me language for something I had been navigating by instinct. The parallel parenting relay race metaphor was the single most useful reframe in the course. The ACE material applied to children and the sensitive periods framework gave my parenting plan a developmental grounding it did not previously have. The journal format throughout meant I was not just absorbing information but applying it to my specific situation in real time. That made the difference between completing a course and actually learning something.

This program was highly informational and allowed for journal entries to follow along with your thought process throughout the course, very similar to a school course. It allowed a small break in between video sections and allowed to take in thoughts and put them down before moving on to the next topic.

I have also learned ways to hopefully make up for the mistakes that I have made and give them a much brighter, healthier future.
