What I liked about this course was that it explains the risk factors of addiction very well, and goes through a lot of different types of addiction that most people probably don't even know are addictive.

Some things I really liked about this module are that it taught practical strategies to prevent and handle addiction, explained the effects of addiction on both the body and relationships, and gave clear examples of ways to support someone who is struggling. I also liked that it emphasized making healthy choices and thinking about the long-term consequences of our actions.
