Negotiating Without Escalating

This was my favorite class out of all the classes so far, because it gave strategies to help parents, while not condemning, acknowledging ways we all fail at times, but can fail forward. I appreciate the information from the "CrappyChildhoodFairy" the most, because she acknowledged not just the symptoms, but the root of the problem and the solutions. I am using the negotiating techniques and will be using the PAUSE.
