Although I was already trying my best to fix the relationship to co-parent better, it was eye-opening on some of the downsides of my own behavior.

I liked how it explained what are normal things that happen during a divorce and what is not normal and when extra help would be needed. I liked how it focused on the children and how to explain things to them. I liked how it talked about how to make decisions that are best for them. I liked how it talked about how to have a better relationship with your co-parent.

The advice about mediation and collaboration was very good. Although it is no longer applicable in my situation, it would have been very good to know beforehand.

Some things I really liked about this program were the thoughtful questions that encouraged me to reflect on my own parenting and co-parenting style and how they helped me see my children’s needs from their perspective. I appreciated the focus on improving communication and managing conflict respectfully, as well as the prompts that encouraged me to think about solutions instead of just the problems. Overall, the program felt balanced in addressing my needs as a parent while also prioritizing my children’s emotional well-being.

It emphasizes putting the child first, which has been something my co-parent has struggled with. It helps to validate my feelings but also holds us both accountable to make the best decisions for him long-term.

Some things I really liked about this program were how real and practical it was. It didn’t just give surface-level advice - it helped me understand what my kids might be feeling and how my choices affect them long-term. I also liked that it focused on communication and emotional control, which are things I’ve been working on. It gave me a chance to reflect, learn, and feel more prepared to co-parent the right way.

Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me slow down and really think about my children’s needs during this transition. It gave me space to reflect on what kind of co-parent I want to be and helped me understand how my actions now will shape my kids’ experience. I also appreciated how the questions helped me prepare emotionally and practically for things I hadn’t fully thought through yet.

Some things I really liked about this program were how clearly everything was explained and how it helped me understand the legal terms and parenting concepts in a way that actually made sense. It made me feel more informed and empowered, especially during such a hard and emotional time. I also appreciated how much the course focused on the best interests of the children; that really aligns with my heart and what I'm fighting for. It gave me helpful tools to handle communication better, set healthy boundaries and focus on healing while still showing up as a strong, loving parent.

I really enjoyed how in depth and detailed was. This program was bittersweet at times in the best way - challenging me to put forth thoughtfulness into each and every aspect of topics I have thought about, but not quite in that way. I truly did enjoy it way more than I ever thought I would - and I mean that. I definitely highly recommend this class and I'm happy I chose to take it without knowing that it would eventually be required. It was good to have the questions in detail and it was highly focused as it should be on specific topics which I loved - regarding how the child and or children feel, which is the main point, but how questions were asked was really an amazing thing to think about. At times, some topics were hard - thinking about past moments or if I should have done this, I should have done that better - but all over it's nothing but positive to push through it and make you a better parent; to make you think and get the wheels churning, to challenge yourself to do better. This is a very highly recommended class in my book. Thank you for taking the time to develop this program. I also wrote down at the end of the course the literature and resources and I plan as well on reading that in the future. It was so helpful and useful to me personally and I'm sure it has been for others in the past and will be in the future for others to come. Knowledge is power and when you think you know it all, there's always something else that's so beneficial. Thank you again!
