Some things I really liked about this program: It helped me understand how important it is to put my children’s needs first. The guidance on communicating clearly and kindly with my co-parent was very practical. I appreciated the focus on managing my own feelings to support my children better. The step-by-step approach made a complex and emotional process feel more manageable. It gave me tools to create a stable and loving environment for Josiah and Favour, no matter what changes happen.

It just makes me think things through. It’s easy to be led emotionally in these types of circumstances- especially when interaction with the partner you are breaking up with are emotional - you just want to end it and make it stop - this course helped me stop. Breath. Think. Consider beyond the pain of today. Think about my children. Think about my ex husband. Consider all of it in a more intentional way.
