Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me organize and express the things I already knew in my heart. I’ve always been very hands-on and committed as a parent, but this course gave me space to reflect on everything I’ve done for my son and how important it is to keep showing up for him in the best way possible. It didn’t necessarily teach me anything new, but it reminded me why I care so deeply and helped me put my thoughts into words.

I liked that high-conflict and abusive relationships were included in the co-parenting course as I often feel isolated and misunderstood in normal contexts when my experience feels extreme and this course started with basic break-up information that made me feel this was going to be generic and not apply to our family circumstances but it turned out to be a great course and very helpful.
