Some things I really liked about this program were the chance to reflect on my own parenting, learning new ways to keep my child out of the middle and getting practical ideas for how to communicate better with my co-parent. There are a few things I liked about this course: Clear, Practical Guidance: The program broke down complex emotional and legal concepts into manageable, real-life strategies I could apply immediately. Validation of My Experience: It acknowledged the emotional rollercoaster of separation and gave me space to feel seen, not judged.
