Is that I got a lot of information on how to handle difficult situations with my co-parent and how to help my children cope with changes. I love that I could use all of this to better myself and how I react to difficult times. I will become a better person after taking this course. My children will get to experience better times with me learning how to speak with them and handle their emotions differently. Thinking of them and also my co-parent. I will really benefit from this class.

This program really helped me be more self reflective on how I've handled things over the years. I feel I've handled situations well, but also feel that there are definitely areas of improvement going forward. This program also put things in perspective: I'm not the only person going through this situation, there are millions of others that are experiencing the same struggles. This program also reenforced the importance of handling things with always keeping the child in mind. Everything we do as co-parents is for the betterment of our child. This program is a great tool to help provide the tools that are needed to ensure that we as co-parents handle things in the most positive way possible for our child.

It gave so many perspectives but also had a lot of sourced that were credited and also testimony, especially the kids testimony. The kids come first. I also really liked the letter we write at the end for our children, it had me deep in my feelings about everything.
