Some things I really liked about this program were that it helped me understand my children’s needs during a break-up, gave practical strategies for communicating with them and showed ways to manage my own emotions so I can be a better co-parent. I enjoyed the sense of community the program presents. The material being taught makes you feel less outcasted and believing that you are the only one going through this process. I also enjoyed it being an online course, with my daughter being a baby, there were many times I was interrupted in the course to tend to my daughter's needs. Due to it being an online course, I was able to pause and take some time away or come back another day to continue with my education.

This program helped me recognize the emotional impact the co‑parent's actions have had on the children and how the pressure and manipulation they experienced contributed to a devastating fracture in the relationship with my daughter.
