I really liked how they gave different scenarios in the videos so that I can see the different perspectives of the topics. For example, the communication styles between co-parents, the different stages of what each parent went through after the break-up, and an example of how the parents explained their break-up to the children.

Some things I really liked about this program were learning the specific stages of adjustment, like meaning-making. It was empowering to see that by working full-time and going back to school, I have already moved into that final stage of building a better life. I also appreciated the focus on child-centered communication; it reinforced my decision to use OurFamilyWizard and a gradual step-up plan to keep my child's world stable. Finally, I liked that the program emphasized that 'care' for a co-parent doesn't mean friendship - it means keeping a professional, safe boundary so my son can thrive without the 'grown-up' stress.
