The program is explaining how important it is to take care of yourself, as a parent. I liked how it explained all the emotions you will go through and how that is normal. I also learned a lot, especially with the addiction area and how to explain that to my daughter when she is older in a healthy way and how to have talks with her, also how she will have more questions as time goes on. This program helped me learn and understand co-parenting in a healthy way.

I really liked that the program gave me space to reflect on my own experiences and how they affect my parenting. The breakdown of stages of break-ups and children’s reactions was helpful—it made me realize that my kids’ feelings are normal and gave me new ways to support them. I also liked the practical tips for communication and conflict management, since those are real challenges in co-parenting. Another thing I appreciated was that the program reminded me to take care of myself, not just my children. The sections on stress management, boundaries, and self-care gave me tools that I can use right away. Overall, I liked that the program balanced understanding the emotional side of divorce with practical strategies for co-parenting better.
