I like how this program provided solutions and ideas to different situations. There was a few times I was reading things and thinking, this directly applies to me and my co-parent. I also liked that some lessons applied to my life outside of my co-parent or child - like dealing with conflict situations at work.

It gives me a good baseline to better communicate during difficult situations in co-parenting. Also, this course has taught me to step back and relearn to co-parent, even though I thought I was doing a good job. This class has taught me about my flaws in co-parenting.

This program has provided so much information that I wish I would have known when I first thought of getting a divorce. I was hopeful that my co-parent and I would be able to work it out on our own. All the information could have helped avoid a Domestic Violence situation, saved us from going to court and help me be better at not reacting to the high conflict co-parent.

I enjoyed that there were statistical references, scientific and psychological findings and research to add to the subject matters being discussed. Breaking down the different topics by main and sub points was also very helpful. I liked being able to have quizzes with explanations to the different possible answers as well.

The teacher was very logical and pleasant. It was interactive. It teaches you sensible ways to deal with a high-conflict co-parent. It teaches ways for you to think positively about the other parent. It continually reminds you that the best thing you can do for the children is to be a mostly reasonable co-parent and work together in the best interests of the kids.

I enjoyed how simple and straight to the point each section was. I enjoyed how there was a summary at the end of each section just in case I missed something. I found the videos very informative and interesting. This program was easy to use and informative.

I've appreciated that it provided me the tools I need to communicate with my co-parent and how to deal with conflict. I think the videos were really helpful in showing what different personalities and co-parenting beliefs look like from an outside perspective.

The information in the program was insightful and helpful in understanding that between my co-parent and myself, the issues we face are not all my fault as he tries to portray. I do have a hand in conflict up to this point, because I felt like I had to respond to allegations and demeaning things he said. Now I know that I just have to stick to the basics and respond with factual kind words, nothing more.

I learned a whole lot. It shed a lot of light for me on the nature of the type of high conflict parent that I am dealing with and ways to better deal with that co-parent in relationship to the divorce/custody case. I also really appreciated the BIFF and flexible thinking.

They gave positions of both parents. He taught me a lot of that I needed to know about negotiating situation and looking at both sides of the situation. Overall, this was helpful program it let me give my input as well.
