The information in the program was insightful and helpful in understanding that between my co-parent and myself, the issues we face are not all my fault as he tries to portray. I do have a hand in conflict up to this point, because I felt like I had to respond to allegations and demeaning things he said. Now I know that I just have to stick to the basics and respond with factual kind words, nothing more.

I learned a whole lot. It shed a lot of light for me on the nature of the type of high conflict parent that I am dealing with and ways to better deal with that co-parent in relationship to the divorce/custody case. I also really appreciated the BIFF and flexible thinking.

I am learning many new terms and examples of flexible thinking, types of behaviors, all-or-nothing thinking, communicating, BIFF response and much more. That helps me assess my reflection on emotions and behaviors and improve my life with four effective parenting skills: flexible thinking, managed emotions, moderate behaviors and checking myself. Therefore, that helps me develop better relationships with co-parent and children for communication and emotional skills.
