12 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict

May 10, 2026

Skylar B.

Some things I really liked about this program were that it gave practical tools instead of just saying “put the children first.” I liked learning about parallel parenting, structured communication, managing anger, and building a detailed parenting plan. I also liked that the course talked about how children experience conflict and grief differently than adults. That helped me think more about what my children may need emotionally, not just what needs to happen legally.

I really liked that this program made me stop and think about things I normally just carry and deal with every day. It helped me reflect on what my kids need, what kind of environment I want for them, and how to handle a high-conflict situation in a healthier way. I also liked that it gave practical tools and real examples instead of just vague advice. The parts about communication, boundaries, parenting plans, and keeping the children at the center were the most meaningful to me.

The program reinforced some of the questions that I had about moving forward. It gave insight into different techniques and approaches to use when dealing with anger and conflict with my co-parent. It help me realize that I was not wrong in some of the ways that I was feeling, but that I could have handled conflict better by not engaging and using outside professional resources. I enjoyed learning new approaches to address my fears and anxiety when it comes to co-parenting. Most of all, I enjoyed learning that assistance will be provided for us in the beginning and I am hopeful that we can continue to use those tools and get on a good co-parenting path.
