Some things I really liked about this program are that it helped me reflect on my parenting, understand how to keep my children out of conflict, and gave me tools for creating safe, child-focused plans. This program helped me recognize the emotional impact the co‑parent's actions have had on the children and how the pressure and manipulation they experienced contributed to a devastating fracture in the relationship with my daughter. It also reinforced my confidence that the decisions made by the court and by me regarding my daughter have been thoughtful, positive and centered on her well‑being.

I appreciated the child-centered focus of the program and the emphasis on keeping children out of adult conflict. The explanations about child development, transitions and emotional adjustment were helpful and practical. I also found the sections on communication, problem-solving and creating realistic parenting plans useful, especially the reminders to focus on information and solutions rather than emotions. Overall, the program encouraged reflection and provided tools that support more thoughtful, cooperative co-parenting.

I appreciated that there was information specific to different types of relationships/break-ups as well as for children of different age groups, as no relationship or custody matter is "one-size-fits-all." I also like the questions that encouraged parents to reflect and type responses. These exercises were useful.

A co-parenting course can be really helpful because it teaches you how to communicate better with your co-parent, handle your own emotions and solve conflicts without stressing out the kids. It also gives practical tips for keeping routines and rules consistent between homes, which makes life easier for everyone. Plus, you get real examples you can relate to and might even meet other parents going through the same thing, so you don’t feel alone. Overall, it makes co-parenting less stressful and more manageable.

What I liked about this course was that it gave you chance to write out our answers and not just watch the videos or read. I also LOVED the letter at the end to our children.
