Some things I really liked about this program are how it focused on putting children’s needs first and how it gave practical strategies for co-parenting after a break-up. I also appreciated learning about stages of adjustment, managing my own emotions and communicating effectively with both my co-parent and my children. Some things I really like about this program is that is showing me different ways to co-parent with the other party; how to communicate with a difficult co-parent and also showing me how to express to my children what is going on, what will change what will remain the same and handling my personal feelings on my own time, to never include my children in the conflict.
