I liked that the program helped me understand how kids could be affected when parents get divorced or separated. Also it helped me understand that it can sometimes be a good thing when separation or divorce happens for the safety and the peace of the children. Also, it helped me understand the different relationships the two co-parents can have after a separation. I appreciated creating a plan that maximizes my children's stability.

I really liked how this program helped me understand the emotional waves that come with a breakup. It didn’t just talk about feelings, it showed me how to manage them, how to communicate better, and how to support children through the changes.
