I really liked how this program has broken down the many types of co-parenting from the start to the end, and also the process and the steps it takes physically, mentally and emotionally. It hits key points in all aspects of a co-parenting situation. I enjoyed the video scenarios of how some communication styles can be between each parent and how to navigate it whether it be positive or negative.
