It helped me realize that my thoughts and progression of emotions were normal. It helped me see that I am right to stand my boundaries when it comes to my sons seeing the co-parent as he was abusive in many ways to me and my sons. I really liked the sources and worksheets, they helped me lay out my thoughts and emotions in a meaningful way. I really liked the journal entries, I am hoping I can print them out because they helped me work through a lot of questions and issues I had.
