I appreciated that the program focused on putting the children’s needs at the center, while also reminding parents to take care of themselves. That balance felt realistic and helpful. The idea of treating co-parenting as a “limited partnership” was especially useful because it reframed seeing the relationship in a more practical and less emotional way. I also valued the focus on child development and sensitive periods. It helped me better understand how my children might experience this transition differently based on their ages. The sections on grief, trauma, and resilience gave me practical ways to support them. Overall, I appreciated that the program encouraged structure, clarity, and reduced conflict. It emphasized long-term stability over short-term emotions, which feels important as I move forward.
