I really like how this program dives deep into the meaning of co-parenting and how to deal with each step with you and your child along the way. It brought a lot of helpful insights and will help me out along the way. I will most likely use this and come back to it if I ever started to doubt myself in those areas. I liked that it broke everything down into small, manageable pieces instead of overwhelming me. I appreciated how clear the examples and videos were, they made the information feel realistic, not just theoretical. I also liked that the journal prompts pushed me to actually think about my own situation instead of just reading content and moving on. Overall, it helped me stay focused on the kids and reminded me of the kind of parent I want to be through all of this.
