4 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

The program opened my eyes to how deeply children absorb adult stress, even when we think we are hiding it. I valued the clear warnings against using children as logistical messengers or asking probing questions about the other household. It taught me that keeping the peace isn't just about avoiding verbal arguments; it is about actively absorbing the administrative stress privately so my children are completely free to just be kids.
