Some things I really liked about this program were the focus on keeping the child’s needs at the center of co-parenting decisions and the practical suggestions for improving communication between parents. There are real life scenarios that I related to and that I didn't expect. This class will really help me on how to deal with certain situations with the co-parent and how to work through those situations. Also this class has helped me think of new ways to resolve conflicts about the child with my co-parent.

Some things I liked about the program were learning more about how children experience break-ups and how important it is for parents to manage their own emotions during that time. I also appreciated the information about communication between co-parents and ways to reduce conflict so children do not feel caught in the middle. It can be new to some and old to others, so I appreciated that. I think this is really important because a lot of people have hurt their children by being vindictive to the other parent.

I really liked how they gave different scenarios in the videos so that I can see the different perspectives of the topics.
