I enjoyed the online co-parenting program because of it's convenience, the practical skills you learned for communication and conflict resolution and how it helped you focus on your child's needs and emotional well-being. I appreciated learning actionable strategies for daily challenges, like parallel parenting, setting communication boundaries and creating a healthy parenting plan.

What I liked bout this course is how it explained in detail the steps of keeping the communication open for children to feel comfortable talking to you while going through the divorce process and also the section that gives tips of moving forward after the divorce.

It taught me there are different phases of going through a break-up. It taught me that managing my emotions and adjustment in a positive way is the best thing I can do for my child. It taught to focus on issues and not on the other person.
