This is an excellent program for those who are going through a break-up and custody issue. I am not however a co-parent, but a grandparent trying to be able to see my grandaughter. It really gives the parents guidance on the stages of break-ups on things they may have never thought of.

I really appreciated how practical and concrete this program was. The videos and examples were realistic — showing actual conversations between co-parents, both the wrong way and the right way, made the skills much easier to understand and apply. I found the sections on communication and conflict especially helpful: the idea of treating co-parenting as a "limited business partnership," the five types of post-divorce relationships, the difference between the three kinds of conflict, and the six-step problem-solving approach all gave me clear, usable tools rather than just general advice.
