Some of the things I liked learning in this program:1- Not to rush to court to resolve co-parents issues and contemplate other alternative solutions i.e. ADR. 2- The best way to handle post-separation conflicts is to be flexible and try to come to an agreement with your co-parent outside of court. 3- Keep reminding yourself that it's not about winning and focus only on the best interest of your children.
