I gained the additional tools and strategies I needed to become the best co-parent I can be for both my son and my co-parent. This includes improving communication, creating structured schedules, and ensuring that all aspects of my son’s needs, from health care to holidays, are thoughtfully planned and managed. These skills will help me maintain a positive, cooperative relationship that prioritizes our child’s well-being.

I enjoyed the sense of community the program presents. The material being taught makes you feel less outcasted and believing that you are the only one going through this process. I also enjoyed it being an online course, with my daughter being a baby, there were many times I was interrupted in the course to tend to my daughter's needs. Due to it being an online course, I was able to pause and take some time away or come back another day to continue with my education.
