I liked how this class helped me to understand how our children may view themselves as a product of both of us, so it is very important to not express any of my frustrations about their dad to them. This class helped me to realize that, even though their dad and I were already at a place where we understood things weren't working out, and they could also see that, it still has an affect on the children even though they are older.

I liked all of it. It really helped me from the beginning to the end, dealing with thoughts or worries I was having. Like "is this normal?" "Why do I feel this way?" "Am I handling the breakup and my daughter healthily?". And the effects DV can have on a divorce/custody situation. And also all the options, like mediation or arbitration. Learning that you can take care of things, before it gets taken out of your hands completely by going in front of a judge.

I feel as though the program covers about all of the angles of what one goes through in a divorce. I also feel as though the team at Online Parenting Programs really does want to reduce conflict for children and their families in this world with their compassionate approach and thoroughness throughout seemed to dictate that.

It taught me a lot. A lot of the topics went into great detail on how everything would affect the children and that's helpful in my particular situation as mine is not necessarily a divorce or single parent situation.

It’s show how to talk about your partner to the kids in a positive way, and that’s how it should be; it shows how we need to work together in a positive way regarding our kids, and what’s in the best interest of the children. I liked how it showed videos of what you should do and not do when discussing things or situations with the kids. I really like this whole thing honestly and I’m glad we both had to take it so maybe the other parent will see what they are doing is not all right and how it affects the kids! Thank you for this class!

One of the things that I really liked about the program is that It really made you think about all of the different topics in different ways, It did not come from an approach of one specific thing is right or wrong. It also confirmed a lot of the ways I have been feeling. Another thing I really liked is that there were also resources provided along with all of the content.
