I liked hearing stories/accounts of other parents that have gone through this process. At times, although this is very new to me, I feel alone during the process and nervous of what is ahead. Hearing what other people have gone through gives me hope and it's also reassuring to know the thoughts/feelings that I have are 'normal'.

Some things I really liked about this program were learning new ways to communicate better, understanding how to put my children’s needs first, and getting helpful ideas for handling conflict in a healthy way. It made me think more about how my actions affect my kids and gave me tools to be a better co-parent.
