I like that the program is in depth, covers many scenarios that occurs in break ups. I also like how the program makes you write your responses, it gives you a sense to reflect on what you can do better or how to handle situations in a different way.

I didn't expect for the content to be so comprehensive. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect and found this to be helpful, not only in my own relationship, but also in having greater awareness in how difficult co-parenting is, as it pertains to my new boyfriend and his children. It offered me an expanded point of view.

It walked through the process of separation, divorce, talking to children, setting up a parenting plan, how to follow through with the plan. The videos were helpful to illustrate the challenges associated with separation/divorce and coparenting.

I really liked that there was a wealth of information made available for various parenting types and perspectives pertaining to different child age groups. I also liked the availability of worksheets, various resources, and the ability to journal my responses to each topic.

I really like the help and ideas for a better communication with co-parents and what to do when there's conflict or when a co-parent that needs help because of substance abuse can still see the children with some regulations.

It broke every topic I had trouble with, and made me really think about what I have to do to fix the communication with the other parent. I know this will help me a lot, when I confront him. I know that I am able to hold my personal problems, and do this for our child without fighting because, we both want what's best for her.

I liked that it covers all the topics of divorce, from its meaning to the stages we go through after a separation. And the tools that are provided to be able to have a good relationship with your co-parent, from how to communicate our needs, to knowing how to listen and not judge our partner. I liked that it covers everything from legal and physical custody, and parenting time, to the importance of not involving minors in adult issues.

Some things I really liked about this program were how it focused on putting children’s needs first and offered practical strategies for effective co-parenting. I appreciated the emphasis on communication and conflict resolution, which helped me think about ways to stay focused on what’s best for my child. The worksheets and journal prompts were also helpful for reflecting on my role as a parent and planning for the future.

I like the mix of videos, journal entries, multiple choice questions, and reading. It makes it less of a drag to go through because it keeps everything interesting. The information presented was informative without being repetitive.

I really appreciated taking this course l. It provided new information that I found to be bennificial. It also compounded with the information and the tools that I was already equipped with. This course was far more personal than I could’ve imagined in the best way, it opened my eyes to the relatability the courts have with wanting the family to work. Thank you for offering this class.

I learned how to explain to my son, with the best words, why me and his dad made the decision of divorcing. I learned what is the next step after divorcing and I learned how to make a parenting plan, how to share ideas and make better decisions for the best interest of our son.

I really liked the information, the breakdown of all the topics and the opportunities for self reflection. They made topics as black and white as possible with a topic that is saturated in gray areas. It was informative and to the point.

Even though listening to the children kinda broke my heart that was the most helpful. It also did help me to be more understanding and helped me on calming my feelings towards my soon to be ex husband.
