8 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict
February 21, 2026
The program fully covers everything you need to know about parenting and managing conflicts, including creating a parenting plan, supporting the child’s mental state, practicing negotiation, managing anger triggers, and handling small or annoying conflicts. It provides helpful resources and even suggests processes of how to take legal actions. The program also offers practical exercises, like using a form to practice creating a parenting plan, and learning strategies to keep children safe and calm. I especially liked that the videos were educational and interactive - it wasn’t just reading, which made the material easier to understand and apply. It would be even more helpful if guidance on completing court forms and preparing for mediation sessions were included.

This program focused on practical tools rather than just theory. The sections on parallel parenting, structured communication, and decision-making were especially helpful. It addressed both emotional healing and logistical planning. The balance between grief, forgiveness, and structured parenting plans felt realistic. It consistently centered the child’s emotional well-being. The emphasis on separating personal conflict from parenting responsibilities was powerful and necessary. The course encouraged self-reflection without blame, which made it feel constructive rather than accusatory. The parenting plan exercises were detailed and helped me think through situations proactively instead of reactively. The focus on resilience and lifelong learning gave a sense of forward movement instead of just conflict management. Overall, I appreciated that the program combined emotional growth with clear, structured strategies.

16 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict
February 20, 2026
It reinforced that a lot of what I'm already doing with my kid - the breath-work, the prayer, the routines, the honest conversations, is exactly the kind of parenting that helps kids thrive through difficult transitions. That validation matters when you're in the trenches of it every day. I liked learning about how adverse childhood experiences can shape behavior and emotional responses - gave me a lens to depersonalize some of my coparent's actions and see them as patterns rather than personal attacks

I appreciated that the program focused on putting the children’s needs at the center, while also reminding parents to take care of themselves. That balance felt realistic and helpful. I liked learning specific tools, such as managing conflict, building on success, negotiation versus parallel parenting, and clearer communication guidelines. The idea of treating co-parenting as a “limited partnership” was especially useful because it reframed seeing the relationship in a more practical and less emotional way. I also valued the focus on child development and sensitive periods. It helped me better understand how my children might experience this transition differently based on their ages. The sections on grief, trauma, and resilience gave me practical ways to support them. Overall, I appreciated that the program encouraged structure, clarity, and reduced conflict. It emphasized long-term stability over short-term emotions, which feels important as I move forward.
