Something I really like about the program teaching me different ways to praise my children and build a better relationship with them, I also liked that it taught me ways to deescalate a conversation when I see an argument building up. Another thing I really liked was the ACES - it was new to me and it gave me a better understanding about myself and why I am the way I am in certain areas.
