Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools it gave me for handling high-conflict situations and protecting my daughter from being caught in the middle. Learning about parallel parenting was especially helpful, because it showed me that I do not need constant agreement or communication to be an effective parent. For example, setting clear boundaries and using written communication has already helped reduce stress during transitions and allowed me to focus more on my time with my daughter instead of conflict with her father.
