Some things I really liked about this program were learning more about co-parenting skills, understanding the stages of adjustment after a breakup, and how to communicate more effectively with my co-parent. I also found it helpful to learn how to focus on my child’s well-being, manage conflict in a healthier way, and create a more stable environment for my daughter.

8 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict

March 21, 2026

Nigel S.

The ladder of conflict and gut feelings framework gave me language for something I had been navigating by instinct. The parallel parenting relay race metaphor was the single most useful reframe in the course. The ACE material applied to children and the sensitive periods framework gave my parenting plan a developmental grounding it did not previously have. The journal format throughout meant I was not just absorbing information but applying it to my specific situation in real time. That made the difference between completing a course and actually learning something.
