Some things I really liked about this program were the focus on reducing conflict and putting the children first; also, how realistic and supportive it felt. It acknowledged that co-parenting isn’t always easy and provided tools like parallel parenting and negotiation that actually apply to real-life situations.

I really liked how this program has broken down the many types of co-parenting from the start to the end, and also the process and the steps it takes physically, mentally and emotionally. It hits key points in all aspects of a co-parenting situation. I enjoyed the video scenarios of how some communication styles can be between each parent and how to navigate it whether it be positive or negative.
