What I liked about this course is that it allows for self-pacing. This allowed me to stop and reset when I found myself losing focus. I didn't need to try to push through like an in person class that was dragging on.

It was nice to work through everything to get a better picture of what's going on. One day I was completely apart of my children's lives, the next I wasn't. It was hard to deal with because I wasn't sure what was happening and most importantly why. I worked through a lot of these things on my own but couldn't put names to what I was doing or going through. This program helped me define some of those things.

What I appreciated about this course it that it gave reading material as well as videos. Some people learn differently and having multiple ways to process the information is helpful. I also liked the questions in all of the sections. It helps you reflect and opens up better thinking possibilities.

I appreciated that this program helped me slow down and really think about how my actions and communication affect my children.
