Some things I really liked about this parenting program include how it encouraged me to think deeply about my children’s needs and feelings, not just the logistics of schedules and routines. I appreciated that it helped me reflect on my own co-parenting skills, communication strategies and ways to stay calm and consistent. I also liked that the program emphasized seeing both sides - considering my co-parent’s perspective as well as my own - while keeping the children’s best interests at the center. The worksheets and guided questions were helpful for organizing my thoughts and preparing for discussions or mediation and they gave me practical tools for creating a structured, supportive parenting plan.
