I really liked the way it is set up. The class explains about types of conflict and past trauma and what perspective the child has on a high conflict co-parenting relationship. It explains and gives you the tools to be able to co-parent better and deal with conflict and agreements. I learned a lot about making a really good plan that will be fair to everyone. I want to be able to work better with my co-parent to help my child to have a happy healthy life and reduce ACE's in her life.

Some things I really liked about this program were learning practical tools for communicating with my co-parent in a calmer, more business-like way and understanding how important it is to keep the children out of the middle. I also appreciated the focus on making parenting plans more detailed and child-centered, because that gave me clarity and confidence about providing stability for my kids.

Some things I really like about this program is that is showing me different ways to co-parent with the other party; how to communicate with a difficult co-parent and also showing me how to express to my children what is going on, what will change what will remain the same and handling my personal feelings on my own time, to never include my children in the conflict.

I thought it was very realistic and understanding of the fact that sometimes you and your co-parent won't always get along or come to an agreement and that's okay. Overall it made me feel a lot calmer when dealing with issues.

The material was eye opening. I like the parallel parenting. It's what I feel works and we already kind of do it. It can be tweaked for optimal effectiveness for our child.
