Some things I really liked about this program are that: 1. The course was well structured and presented by expert faciliators. 2. The resources were rich and helpful. 3. The resources provided will help improve my skills as a parent. As to being a better co-parent, in my situation, a different course would have been better suited based on our unique situation.

This gave me a good insight of what my kids are going through with having a high conflict parent along with better ways to help them through this. I got some good advice and I understand more so about high conflict co parenting and things that I can do to try and prevent some high conflict parenting. I seen that I will do everything possible to make this work I checked most of the list.

The ideas it gave me to discuss in upcoming court to propose a better plan for my child. Ways to communicate with my child for them to be able to be comfortable to express their emotions to me. Exercises I can practice with them to stop conflict in my household.

I really liked how the program was easy to read and understand, using real, relatable language and examples to convey messages. I also really liked that at the bottom of almost every slide, there was a reference citation allowing me to engage in more research into what was said (Baumrind).

It has shown me the different steps of a break up and made me feel like I wasn't the only one. This event is heartbreaking for me and I think I have handled the situation very well.
