I also really enjoyed the starting with what you know/feel and then the recapping with what you learned. It was nice to see where I was already knowledgeable and where I did have things to learn. The program emphasizes the importance of prioritizing children's needs and stability, helping parents navigate challenges with their best interests in mind. Clear guidelines about what is allowed and not allowed helps set expectations for co-parenting behavior. This clarity can minimize misunderstandings and conflicts by providing a framework for acceptable actions, communication, and decision-making. It empowers parents to navigate challenges more effectively while maintaining a focus on the children's best interests. The focus should be on effective parenting practices that prioritize the child's needs rather than the parents' individual priorities or desires. By concentrating on what constitutes responsible and nurturing parenting, both parents can work toward creating a supportive and healthy environment for their children, ultimately benefiting their overall development and well-being.
