I have never taken a course like this before. It covers everything from the emotional changes both people go through during a break-up to how it affects the children. I found this to be a very comprehensive approach. I used to think that feeling sad after a breakup was a bad thing, but this course described several psychological stages, which helped me understand that these emotions are completely normal.
